2020 has been crazy. Being an essential (expendable?) worker, I haven’t had to be out of work like some other people. There are so many things that are unknown about Corona virus, and working in a healthcare setting, I try to be safe as requested. I have mixed feelings about the virus, but I also have an elderly mother, and a sister who is compromised, therefore, I will do whatever I can to protect them. I don’t understand the people who are so against masks. I choose to wear one because if I can do anything to try to protect someone else.. that’s what I will do.

So, I read books, lots of books, and I listen to audiobooks, several a week. That is how I occupy some of my time. I spend time with my family, which is my favorite thing to do. We are missing one of ours, as she lives a couple of states away and in a state where, if I travel there, I will have to quarantine before I can go back to work. So… we talk via phone and text, and I watch her pregnancy that way. I’m going to get back on track with my posts…. I promise.
